Voland, your biceps should do no work in getting the DB's to your chest. When you grab them off the rack, hold them in front of your thights, so your hands are parallel. Sit on the bench with the weights on your thighs, the more help you need getting them to your chest for the first rep, the closer I put them towards my knee so I can push them up with my knees to my chest in one motion as I lay down.
