oh, yeah, yesterday i bough 1metre of thick chain that can support up to 100kg...NOW i'll be able to do decent weightned pullups.
my first excercise will be 4 sets of weightned pull ups
ascending sets 15 warmup, then 6,8,10,12 reps.

Following that 3 sets of pull down with V attach or reverse grip narrow pullups, still deciding. I think i'll swicth them from week to week.
Then 4 sets of bb rows.
Then 3 sets of cable reverse grip rows.
