Well im going to run it for 9 weeks...
and I will do ben on week 3 and week 6 or as needed to sleep.
I found out that the clen doesnt do any effect on me until I am running at least 120 a day so I am going to start off there and go up to no more than 200 a day. then go down again as I am finishing my program.
