hey reed. how was the trainning?
I just posted my first blog its a post that I did for the obesity thread. When you guys have time check it out. This is about me and my personal struggle.
OH it was nice, after my prohormone cycle I dip off strength and now I'm back up to par with the strength without any help kinda cool. Its funny though, my back strength stays the same but squats and presses seem to suffer on PCT. Weird.

I did weighned pullups like a trve warrior with my new bough chains haha but it sucked prety much i wasn't in the mood of trainnig at the momement but i did to avoid seeing that asshole father of mine.
Tomorrow is rest day (sucks). But i got driving lessons at 8:45...
Day after tomorrow is shoulders day great!

Gotta do them pullups Voland, widen that V-taper out, pulldowns are NOT a substitute for wide grips. What other back exercises you do. I got tomorrow off too. Whats your workout schedule, sounds similar to mine as I have shoulders on weds as well

My rutine is:
Day 1: Chest (12 set) -tris (9sets)
Day 2: Back (14 sets) - bis (9 sets)
Day 3: rest
Day 4: Shoulders (12 sets)
Day 5: Legs (14 sets)
Day 6: Rest
Day 7: Repeat.
Chest-tris: Incline BB press x 6 sets, flat db press x 6 sets (or viceversa).
cgbp 3 sets, weighnet dips 3 sets, skullcrushers 3 sets
Back: weighned pullups 4 sets, V pulldowns 3 sets, bb rows 4 sets, seared underhand cable rows 3 sets.
concentration curls x 3, hammer curls x3, alt dbs curls or reverse grip narrow pullups x3
Shoulders: 4 sets military press, 4 sets lat raises, 4 sets rear del raises or 4 sets of upright rows.
Legs: Squats, deads, leg extension, legs curls. However i se the day.

Mines similar voland except I do back on Sunday and arms on Friday and rest on Saturday and Tuesday. I do a little pump up sesh with my bi's on back day (2 ex. 2 sets real fast) do the same with tris on chest day. Then pound the arms on friday
