i eat a bowl of oatmeal,4egg wights,1 chicken breast, 2 hand size turkey and whole grain rice balls,1 can tuna with whole grain crakers plain, 3 protein shake,1 creatine shake,1 hand full of mixed nuts, and what ever wife makes for diner diet never changes ecept for dinner.
