lol i just started really hitting my lats a couple months ago and they blew up, just pisses me off cause there still soft muscle lol i don't have any traps upper or lower that irritates the f ck out of me

Yeah I know what you mean. I still have the love handles that ruin my back for me, my back's decently large but looks dumb cause of the fat.

I'm inspired to take some pics now so I can guage my progess over the next couple months. Havn't taken any pics in a long long time.

well i think i have an issue, when you filter with .44 does it come out in stream or in drips? at first it came in drips and it stoped up so i pulled back on plunger and air came through, then it filtered a stream out the needle so im thinking i might have busted the membrain in the watman when i pulled the air back???

smokes: i can see how pullling up air would briefly unclog the filter but would expect it should soon go back to dripping; not that i've even tried this or anything, but no one else has answered yet

maybe i'll try it; only pain is that would involving pouring into six small tubes, spinning, drawing off the fluid, and repeating until whole batch is done. would be worth it if saving the filter would cause less loss of goods.

depends on what method you're doing...for crystal I think coffee filter works great for getting out most of the binder...for brewing I would think spinning it would be much better. Methanol flows pretty good through a coffee filter where as oil doesn't. And brewing it, you wouldn't have more than 100cc's of fluid unless you were making a huge batch.

I have a centrifuge in my office, but it's for spinning blood platlets. The company would get pissed if I started using it to make gear. It cost like 30k.

I doubt you broke the membrane. I've put some substantial force on them with a calking gun and the membrame was fine. In fact the whole plastic shell of the whatman exploded on me one time while I was brewing. Just keep sending it through...you're going to re-filter with a .22 anyway.

hmmm...i bet you could make a cute contraption with two containers separated by coffee filter. use a bicycle to rig up a centrifuge for it and pedal real hard for five minutes...

we would make these platlet gels a few years back and all the growth factors in the platlets were thought to increase fusion when mixed with bone graft. Some good data says it does, so studies say it doesn't. In the end BMP's came along and even at 5 thousand bucks a shot they've kinda taken over the market. Bone Morphogenic protein.
