    Just couldn't sleep...I won't take sleeping pills...benadryl is the stongest thing I'm willing to use. After awhile you can't sleep without them.

    Never tried Clen. Lipo 6 did NOTHING for me, same as Hydroxyf*ck Shitcore.


    ECA is a dream for me. I feel like I'm on crystal, get some shakes and need to drink water constantly but I feel slimmer everyday. Makes my work outs much more intense aswell.

    Local Popeyes supplement store. Pure E, 8mg tabs. A bottle is like 6 bucks. I think online you can get them for closer to 3 dollars a bottle. I pop 3 of those and 1 caffiene pill. And some aspirin but the aspirin is the least important part.

    fusion for bmp's are good, as good as using autograft.
    assesment of fusion is always difficult cause there are always screws and cages in there as well. Radiographic outcomes can be subject to interpretion.

    Recovery time is long...maybe 50% of the people really do a lot better after a spine fusion but talk to any surgeon and he'll say 95% of his patients are doing great.

    also this book i'm reading says to avoid aspirin due to the anti-inflammatory effect impairing muscle recovery/growth
