Actually I did run a PCT on my first Cycle 2 weeks after last shot nolva/a-dex.

Phate - I hear you cmpletely on making sure I'm a stable 100%. I don't want this one to go to waste. The tough part is taking the time off to heal up. I really enjoy go to the gym and just need to learn to take the time off to heal up. I'm noticing improvement but like I say not were I need to be.

I do want to bulk up but maybe its better to just run the test e again? Its so hard because I really want to add that deca.

some tuna and banana with peanut butter

Chicken or steak w/ potato and protein drink

Tuna with cheese and broc.

Fish w/ rice

chicken/steak with vegies.

before bed mixed nuts with protein drink.
