8% you'll look great. I've never attempted tu cut but when i do i'll be more than happy with a 10%. One digit is too much cardio and diet for a lazy ass like me lol.

I'm Canadian, so we're supposed to use metric too, but I still don't know how many lbs 80 kilos is. What's the conversion rate, 2.2?

im gunna get up to 210lbs 10% thats my Goal long term with like 17 3/4 inch arms maybe 18's i think im rocking 16's now but at the weight i would be a monster...Need to work on chest though damn TRI's and Front Delts to all the work

Then cut the fat and be maybe 160 cutted to 10% or so.
