    Hey, Tell me what you think.

    I'm new here and I wanted to get your guys opinion on me. If you don't mind guessing my bf% and weight that would be great!!

    well, depending on what your before was..

    you could use some extra work on your triceps & chest

    regardless you still have a good jumpstart physique to take off....


    (depending on how tall you are)
    & I'm guessing you weigh 190 with 14% BF

    That was a bit ago but i've made some big changes.

    I just finshed a m-drol/p-plex bridge cycle and the pics i attached are my ending cycle pics.

    I do have some skin issues from my weight loss (80lbs)

    amazing results, im most impressed by the face. the first after pic u posted doesnt even look like you at all. so, would u say your face cleared up from losing all the weight or did u take any new meds to clear that up?

    Hey man lookin good - nice work on the weight loss. Your back looks great - you just need more thickness everywhere. Lift heavy - get a trainer or partner and go balls to the wall - you'll be amazed at what you can accomplish in 3 months!
