can you please explane to me what is the meaning of AAS???
as your recommendation I'm going to give a try to:
1)cut the honey, cheese & the chicken on breakfast.
2)cut the spuds & rice by half.
3)cut the creatine.
4)cut the fruit by 3 a day.
5)check the training + start doing sets of (25+) + increase the cardio.
6)going to a 4 weeks testoverone & check.
