    Which Whey is best??

    I try to research different whey protien shakes but it seems every review I read is written by the maker.. i was just trying to get some 1st hand, non bias opinions....what are the best brands and which should I stay away from??

    The one mixes up easy in my shake for sure.
    I would use isolate for pre workout cause its absorbed by your body faster ain' t that what u need.

    try to find one that has a low or no sugar content. i use sci-fit's isolate
    source checks- 200 posts and 6 month membership min. entirely within my discretion

    ON 100% Whey. It doesnt make me clear out a room. lol

    ON 100% Whey(Chocolate) for sure!!!Mixes easy and taste is nice!One of the best quality Protein out there.{Isolate&concentrate}

    yeah i agree ON 100% where is a staple for me besides just my pure whey isolate when i dont want the extra cal's but i like the extra aa from ON they make good products

    make sure it is cross flow (google) whey...all others really dont compare

    Its insane,like a drug....very complex.The recovery is the best.You can train legs in two days in a row!!! Its that sick.Got to try it.

    Does the scoop equal a full measuring cup? LOL!
    They're a little stingy on the blend's details, but if its as good as you say they have solid reasons.

    I also dislike their failure to disclose cholesterol amount which is one indicator of quality and should ideally be in low single digits.
    Nevertheless, at your behest and out of sheer intrigue, I'm going to give it a try.

    Its hardcore bro....I know you like your science.....Check out the interviews on muscular development radio,he was on the last show,but check out the past shows too when DR scott connelly is on.Will blow your mind.

    Optimum 100% Whey Chocolate Mint is my alltime favorite.

    Also Dymatize Elite is really good IMO, I like the Butter Toffe Flavor.

    Also Isopure Zero-Carb I like, Blue Raspberry is great, but too dam expensive to drink daily.

    I use Cytosports whey its quite good and not shity in digestion. Good results in short read the label on a site and thats true what they have written with real results.
