If i were you Id cut 1:1 and Filter that stuff. Its been known to have impurities and some floaties have even been reported. The BA content is out of hand. Im still feeling the effects of it almost 8 months later. No joke.

I'm more into fitness then bodybuilding. I'm trying to get my bodyfat down not really get much bigger. At 6'3'' 253 pounds, I look pretty giant in person though.

Hair, yeah I'm keeping it. I just got it cut yesterday and my gay hairdresser couldn't stop running his hands though it telling me what great hair I have.
