    My brother actually used to lift with that other big guy Batista. He is ape shit strong. I guess he is not too bright though.

    he has gotta be in pretty damn good shape for some of those workouts. throwing other guys around for reps would get brutal. i like the guy a lot more now. ahaha. that was a shitton of meat!

    i always knew he was strong but just not that strong lol thats ridiculous. I thought he was just one of the bigger built guys that is strong but nothing too crazy. And Batista used to weigh like 370ish i read an article where he was talking about how he used to want to do the competitive bodybuilding but then got into wrestling and started cutting over time and got down to the 290 area and looks awesome at it lol

    Cena is definately a freak to push that kind of weight and also stays pretty lean year round. He said in a past article that he does absolutely zero cardio because he hates it. He says he just shortens the recovery time between sets and stays constantly moving around during his workouts.

    do you guys think cena actually does juice? or is just very gifted genetically and i mean with that diet lol i can see why he could be that strong lol. I saw an interview with him one time and the news reporter actually asked him if he took them and he said he wouldnt say wether he had or not because he said no matter the answer it could positively or negatively affect his career as a wrestler but he finished with i wont tell you if i have or not but i will tell you this, You will NEVER be able to prove I have taken them and he left it at that

    I would say Cena definitely did gear in the past, I think he was a amatuer bodybuilder before he joined WWE.
    Whether he does now is debateably, theres a huge black cloud hanging over Vince McMahons company surrounding steroids and they are testing their stars ALL THE TIME at the moment to keep the media off their back. But Cena looks the kinda genetic beast that prolly wouldn't drop much weight at all going natural.

    WWE is conspired. They need to be jacked to give the fans the entertainment they want. And that means more money. Just like the IFBB.

    They don't test them even if they say they do. They already know the results.

    His close grip press is only 40lbs less than his wide, guy must have some stack tri's.


    Anyone know his stats?

    He's not much stronger than I would expect though. Benching 405, squatting over 500 and 545 deads.

    He does manage to stay lean all year, and fitting it into his work does make it impressive that he can maintain it.

    I will bet though, he's on AS year round, and just going the HRT when he has too. For what he probably makes with the wrestling, acting and promotions, it's probably worth it though.

    Anyone who has to ask, "does Cena do steroids" you need to go throw yourself off a building.

    Of course he does steroids, when he is on the job they are moving around and barely get any rest forget the food you see him buying at the market, you think he has time to cook when each night they are moving from one city to the next for shows? Course not, that on top of the fact he said he doesn't do any cardio and maintains that physique year round, is a huge red flag.

    Batista already admitted to steroid use as early as the 1990's when he was trying to be a bodybuilder and whenever anyone asks Cena about steroid use he says "I am not going to say I do or don't" He pulls a Mike Macguire everytime.

    Cardio is over rated.

    if you are fat, and trying to loose fat, it fits in your equation to do cardio.

    If you are 6'1 and 240lbs, and under 10% bf.....you don't need to do much cardio.

    He's is wrestling, a 3-4 times a week. I'm sure his heart rate is over what mine is when I do cardio.

    If you eat clean, eat your carbs at the right time of the day, lift consistantly and are not already fat, you can maintain your muscle with out gaining fat.

    I lift 6 days a week, and I track my heart rate while I'm lifting. My heart rate normally stays over 140 and spikes to about 180 during heavy sets. It stays like that for the hour I'm at the gym.

    I'm burning more calories in my hour of lifting, than I am in the standard 45 minutes of cardio most people do.

    I think he is juicing too, probably year around like I said. But with some great genetics, eating the amount of food he buys at the grocery store, and a good solid lifting regimen, it's possible to be 6' and maintain 240.
