i reckon heavy weights with low reps (1-7reps) to build max strength. light weights with high reps are for building bulk.

nah, lifting heavy (e.g: max of what u can do for 7-1reps) builds up pure strength n power. make sure u get sufficient rest between each set for heavy lifting.Originally Posted by football3355;4264***
