i dont know why people dont listen to guys who obiviolus know what they are talking about i was told take this and get huge when i was 18/19 and learnt the hard way you dont it takes time and dedication, you can build a house with 50men quickly but if you dont have the cement to go with it, it's gona fall back down.
But i'd love to see the before and after pictures once you have finished your course cos god dam 30kgs is gona look impresive and will eat this thread if you do.
