It works pretty well for me though
I wanted something front wheel drive, cause it snows quite a bit where I live. It gets like 35mpg highway fuel economy. A 9-3 aero is not a boaring car, it goes pretty fast. Black with black leather interior looks pretty sweet. I didn't want all wheel drive cause it drinks too much gas. I drive 60k miles per year, so there is no point spending crazy money on a car that's gonna need replacing in 3 years no matter what.

I drive so much for work. They don't pay for a company car, but they pay for gas, I expense it off my taxes. The rate is the same no matter what you drive. It lowers my income by like 30k a year, and that helps pay quite a bit of the cost of my car. My car is an 06' with 27k miles on it when I bought it, paid 10,800 for it. I have connections. I'll sell it with 175k miles on it and hopefully get 4k back. Pinjins calculate everything, it ends up being almost a free car.
