i still dont get the point why guys shave (razon). i trim my beard with the same machine i trim my head. So they are even. 1-2 mm long. in winter i let them grow to 3-4 mm.

And i've been stabbed in the face, trap, and broke all my fingers in fights (thaks to my anxiety and anger issues). Never spent even 1 day in jail. Im lucky one.

yeah... i am now in the 280's when just one month ago i was still at 309 remember that famous 309 i was always going back to diet after diet. I have been off the clen and just dieting and working out.
