thanks for the warm welcome guys! far as the stats go im 5ft6 185lbs.bf 12-13% just a guess havent checked in a while.im in week 4 of that cycle im up13lbs.this is my 5th cycle,seems like i should be a lot heavier but i started at a body weight of 140.
