    I woke up today and the left side of my left hand was completely numb. I've been ignoring the lack of sensation for a couple weeks now, but it's getting worse. I know if I go to a doc they're just going to say it's from lifting and I should stop . Movement has returned now, but not sensation... I could abide having a numb pinky finger as long as I could keep lifting.
