have your doc give you a script for Klonopin and adderall
when you're feeling anxious take a klonopin and when you need to study take a adderall
only take them when you need them. Depression is part of life, people are miserable creatures. I'm not sure anybody is permenetly helped by anti-d's

yeah, it's a benzo like xanex, gets anxiety out
adderall works 20min from when you take it, and you don't need to take it everyday, so you wouldn't need to worry about not being able to concentrate.

so summer time.. 105 out side = 115 inside. we would sit on our bunks and watch the actual walls sweat cuz of the humidity

the other jail i was in, in kentucky... you would walk in and they would give you a pack of cigarettes. i dont smoke so i took them and bartered for food

ok, i'll see if he'll be comfortable with putting me on something just for spot treatment of anxiety and not a daily thing...i'd rather not have the daily thing...i'll just tell him i have panic/anxiety attacks sometimes and have to sometimes resort to hard liquor (which is true)

we made home made alcohol out of apple juice, sugar, bread, corn, fruit

let it sit for a few weeks. then drink up. we got buzzed.

which means we were shackled in a big van for 2 weeks as we drove down. we stopped at all these other jails to pick up and drop off other prisoners. try peein and shittin in a van as your hands are handcuffed, your feet are footcuffed and your chained to another dude

yeah, I think the strattera might be causing some of it.
remember people weren't ment to be on drugs, they've only been around a little while.
If you have a script for anxiety pills and attention span that work when you need them, you should be good to go and just use them as little as possible.
If you need something every day, stims work better than strattera anyway.

going there for 3 days opened my eyes but I don't have nearly the experience you do in the slammer. I have a pretty good idea what it feels like now, and it sucks more then i could have imagined. It answered about all of my questions.

what'd you piss and shit into? a pee pot? I rode in those vans before with the wall down the middle and no leg room, that's cruel and unusual punishment to ride for that long in there. My back hurts just thinking about it.
