You can do it with or without Clomid. Either way is OK, you need to try both and yes run the Winny right up to the start of your PCT. see what is best for you.
What are your age, stats and cycle experience BTW ?

With clomid, nolva and clomid work very well together, the effect of using both is much more than ppl realise.
