I'm stoked about the winny / test cycle. I'm around 186 lbs right now about 8% bf maybe a hair less. I want to hit 6-7% while increasing my str and lean muscle mass. Goal is to hit around 190-195, dunno if I want to hit 200 lbs again. I'm only 5'10'. I value my agility.

A few years back it was all about being the biggest and strongest. My views have changed a lot. Now I'm more concerned with being cut, symettrical, but the mass still matters with strength also being a huge priority.
