either way... its a really good freaking book. there is a chapter dedicated to each RULE

the chapters get into how to use the RULES and shows examples in relation to history.

talks about Ceaser and Alexander the Great and many other rulers the used these rules and succeeded

buy it and read it front to back and back to front

is it that good? it seems kinda maniacal/devious lol

I have a confession. I wanted to say ever since I joined here I have always hated the word bro . Sounds to me like I'm an unintelligent, how much do you bench kinda guy. But now look you guys have got me saying it over and over again. Great! Its like reality TV I actually feel like I lose a few IQ points just watching it.

Dude, the trainers at my gym make me sick. Out of the 7 worthless trainers they have on staff, only one knows what hes talking about and has the body to back it up. I swear to f*ck that the other 6 trainers are all at least 25-50 lbs overweight, at a MINIMUM 20% bf, and are complete idiots. Why would you want to be trained by something that looks worse then you? Better yet, who in the right mind would hire people that look like that?
