i got caught. they couldnt get me for possession cause i ate it right before the cops busted in. i had it in a vitamin bottle and right before the cops walked in i rinsed it out and threw it in the trash. they charged the girl i was with for paraphernalia and told me i could go and was not being charged. the next day they called me and told me they were charging me with "tampering with evidence by rinsing out gnc bottle containing residue, and concealing it to a trash can in order to impede the investigation." I was FURIOUS!!! that charge was such bs.

it was a dorm room... bad idea, I know. the worst part was i had a legitimate not guilty claim that would have easily gotten me off the hook, but had i plead not guilty they would have given me a future court day to come back to argue. the date they would have given me was the week i was gonna be out of town, already got plane tickets and everything, so i just plead guilty and took the 100$ fine.
