Not much cooking some turkey and oats. I don't even consider sushi a cheat meal oppss. Cheat meal would be like a buffet and thats 2 meals normally in one due to large number of cals consumed. Gives me a reason to overeat in one sitting....

Nevermind, most rolls are 175-300 depending on size. I think I read the mangy refrigerated cali rolls at 7-11 which are probably injected with butter. I've never eaten those disgusting things

Mmm stop it I'm getting hungered. When I go for all you can eat, I hit the dynamite rolls (bad), chop scallop cones, beef teriyaki (just a heap of beef), chicken teriyaki, some salmon sashimi, and pretty much any kind of lean meat or seafood on there.
If I can control myself, sushi is the perfect post-work out meal. But even as a cheat meal it's amazing, realistically I probably rake in about 1200 cals, and assloads of protein. I feel like im cheating, it's realistically not hurting me, everyone wins (mostly me)
