i start gym at 630 am and only have time for 45mins but i find that plenty. so befor i go i will drink 4 egg whits and 1 yolk train 45 mins then big bowl porage (cup full) with skimed milk 4 boild eggs 2 slices brown bread.
the potatoes and rice i cook the night befor i will eat thro out the day and eating 40g of protein every 2 hours, 9:30 will start with potatoes and 2tin of tuna(not nice) 11:30 or 12:00 ish i will eat rice and chicken brest 1400 potatoes samon and some grapes or appel 16;00 i finish of the rice and protein drink. 1800 drink 4 egg whites with bit of milk. 20;00 cottage cheese small tub and a tin of rice puddin then go to bed. i eat like this sunday till friday night then its my time few tins of lagar mmmmmmmm.
