14:00 200g potateos ,2 chicken breast, cup of veg
16:00 150g rice, drink 4 egg whites
18:00 200g potateos, 100g samon, apple or grapes
20:00 protein drink, tin rice pudding
22:00 cottage cheese.
i will also drink up 3 ltr of water,
