Stupid thing as always haha. Was carrying a door through a scrap yard on Saturday and damaged it they are a good 40kg's with the glass in them. And could only use my right arm and damaged my left one for some reason too stupid ****ing things.

Me too, my shoulders are wanked. Click and crack all the time but with the weight training has helped to calm down before when I didn't lift weights.
