I have to strongly agree with the words i have bolded. You take enough and all workouts are guaranteed to be awesome. If you just use it whenever and never build up a tolerance to it and then take something like 30mg, it is nuts how much energy you have. I remember when I did that and I had the best workout of my life and it felt like I could do an entire body workout just like that and just sit in the gym for 5 hours straight doing everything.
