    few pics and information, natty !

    hey i havent done a cycle yet but im planning either a test,var,clen cycle for cutting april time to make solid gains n get ripped as hell OR a bulking cycle later on that year in thw winter time with just test, im 20 in march been holding off for 2 years to cycle i feel im knowledgeable and ready enough to do one but thought id wait until the 20 mark , i thought id post some pics up for some criticism i.e good points,bad points etc etc
    im 6'1 about 204 its the heavyest ive ever been since iam very ectomorphic i have to slam down nearly 5k a day but its all good anyways here they are

    look good man...i think you should bulk then cut! you got a great base.

    Pretty good base and kudos for waiting, I know its hard. How are the wheels looking? IMO I'd stick with the test only first cycle so you know what you're getting into. And if you do end up coming to the dark side, get ready to slam down more than 5k a day!

    erm ive just come back from an 18 week knee injury so all ive been doing is moderate vertical legpresses n a few other machines no squats but all healed now so ttime to start hitten em hard calves n hams aint bad thought, yep itis hard n i struggled to choose between cutting n bulking cause when i cut normally my metabolism is so rapid i loose ALOT of muscle, n dont worry bout the cals i could eat forever!

    Hey man - lookin tonk -you've got some nice thickness. I'd say give it another year before you juice up 'cause you're still growing and have tons of natty test. You first cycle will be the most impressive - so why not start out with a bigger base?

    yeh its hard wondering what to do i can bulk up for as long as i like etc but when its time to cut my metabolism is hyperactive n my muscle just melts off its a sad thing

    For sure have a solid base, i would say bulk then cut too, you'd probably be a little more impressed with the gains

    well iam currently bulking at the minute maybe until march time and then a cutting cycle , or i might cut that short n bulk in jan, but that means i wudnt be able to do a cutting cycle for the summer which means not being very ripped up

    Hey man - that is just diet - you def don't have to loose muscle on a cut. It may be a slower cut but will serve you better if you don't loose the muscle too. Check out some stuff on the diet forum. You're definately headed in the right direction!
