ya sounds good..the other problem i got now is that i am a wrestler in college and i want to wrestle heavyweight the max for hw is 264, 120kg so me weighing 220 i am thinking i could be still quick at 230 240 i dont want to gain that much, but i would like to gain lean mass and have low body fat..any suggestions guys?
Dependiing on your diet your could make it mostly lean but still expect a min of 15-20% fat you'll have to loose afterwards. plus you'll gain about 4-5 lbs water which you'll loose fast post cycle. I think the max you could reasonable gain is 25-30 lbs maybe less depending on your diet. After the pct it would be ideal to keep 20lbs of that as muscle.
Good luck bro. BTW - the weight u gain off dbol is mostly water but it will definately up your strength, pumps and intensity so you can get stronger off of yur workouts..

Whoops - meant 25-30lbs! corrected that. I still think 25-30 is possible - i just gained 30 lbs on a Test C/dbol cycle. (188 to 218) I'm 3 weeks off test and 1 week off dbol and have lost 5 lbs of that so far - hoping to keep 20lbs - although 4-5lbs of that would still be fat so it wasn't a "lean bulk"
would i be able to keep the same shape or would i need to take a lean cycle something like clen to get my body fat down?
^^^^ if you want to add bulk, I would'nt include clen - I'd say gain the weight with a minimum of fat (i.e. clean diet) then 1 month after adjust your diet and cardio to loose the fat. A few months later you could do a Clen T3 cycle or an ECA stack - that would burn some fat off.
If you want to do something in conjuction with your cycle - I'd say kick start w/ dbol for 1-4 weeks; do test C for weeeks 1-12 and do oral winny weeks 10-14; then start your pct week 15. the winny will get youo a little drier and more cut but you won't add much muscle with it. good luck, eh!
