    not doing bench...I screwed myself up doing other things and then couldn't bench for most of my life.

    my shoulders have a lot of range of motion and are prone to injury. Had one reconstructed openly after a football injury. My scapula was dispaced for awhile from a ligament injury...some other crap. Shoulders are painful when they get hurt.

    haha cuz it was sooo late, my body is used to going to bed at 10pm. it was like 1 am. and we had just fukked and sucked for a few hours before that.

    my body was starting to hurt. and we were goin for an hour and i could tell that i wasnt any where near being able to come
