i eat 2 peanut butter sandwiches in the morning, and 10 i drink a glass of muscle milk with a jam and cheese sandwich, at 1:00 i go to lunch usually fast food place, most of the time it involves meat and i stuff my self, when i leave work at 4:00 before working out i drink another muscle milk and after i work out i drink another muscle milk, then at 7:00 i eat dinner usually chicken or fish with rice beans potatoes and what not, and before going to bed i usually have snack.
if you guys think i shouldnt be juicing let me know why, im looking for advice sorry i cant be more informative.
