Oh also... I know that I am too small. I goal for the past 3 weeks has been to hit 190 pounds. And I have experimented with "True-Mass" and a couple of other gainers to see if I could get results out of them. Unfortunately, as I said.. the most weight I have been able to sustain is 5 pounds.
Do you think I should just wait.. until my metabolism slows down to begin cycling?
