water weight is exactly what it is.... why take something that isn't gonna really retain much muscle.. i did sust and var, injured my shoulder 3 months ago and have still held on to alotta my gains cuz var does that.. just my 2 cents.. (btw it is a hell of a lot more expensive, but we cant talk prices here![]()
