    Glow2004 killed in Afghanistan RIP

    worked for a PMC in Afghanistan private military company (PMC)
    It is with great sadness that Daniesl family confirmed the death of Glow2004 killed by a IED attack in Afghanistan 30/12/08

    Daniel was so proud to be a Ex-42 Commando Royal Marines and lived each day to the full

    funnily enough i was speaking to someone tonight about military who told me how they aren;t needed etc,. i said to him 'without miliaty can you imagine how the world would be'?

    very sad, the guys in Afghanistan and Pakistan should be appreciated as much if not more so than the guys in iraq. I don't know what else to say except I spoke with him a few times throgh the board he was a genuine person and committed to doing what was right as he saw iw///// our miltary or any would be luciky to have glow or a glow clone

    I wouldnt say that my friend, My friends and family all did not have a choice to were they served. Some have served in both theaters, to me they are all just as worthy of praise.

    i agree dsm... 100 % - or while we are helping them we get compensated some how... free sand? maybe a little oil? either way i really dislike us being there however i understand why we need to be there --- God bless all our armed forces over seas --- i would not want that job.
