Sounds like your overall problem is confidence..it's not necessary easy to obtain but its key. You need to have that "She wants me" "She wants me" attitude. If you both live on campus, ask her to meet in the dining hall for dinner one time. Nothing too classy, you should know right there if she's interested or not.
