just pre work out.. i was looking to see if they threw in any pro hormones and i dont think they did... so if i am correct and there is no PH then i would get it. There are better Pre work out on the market. NO Shotgun for one

yea i know its pre work out i heard some good things about it but havent seen any good reviews so was wondering if anyone has any idea about this stuff
