OK this section is dedicated to intros so here goes.
I'm 28, 5'7", weigh 64kg, with around 15% body fat. I have no real training and manage to get to gym 3 times a week. I spend the time weight lifting, high weights, low reps, with NO cardio.
I eat like a horse, not all good I might add, but around 4 to 5 meals a day. I joined the site to get as much info as possible on Roids before attempting my fist cycle.
I must admit that the site has eased my concerns with the awesome amount of information that is available.
Thanks for every bodies input into making this a very resourceful site.
Ok know that that is done, will start posting my cycles and workout routine for you vets to crit.
