mav , you will keep the mass and strength gained IF it is still within the amount that your body can support at YOUR age , when you surpass your genetic max , and that max will get lower and lower as u age , you will almost always shrink down to the genetic max that your body can support at that specific time of your life. if you are 20 years old , of course your genetic max is much higher than someone 50 years old because of testosterone levels.
