Pyramiding was popular in the 80's, we know better now. As to whether or not the cycle is rubbish, it's hard to say when we don't know what the cycle is. Please list the cycle and exactly what he didn't like about it.
DON'T pyramid.
It's an old method that some bodybuilders still use.
Keep your doses constant. It'll keep your blood levels steady = less side affects.
ok this is what I want to take and how.
Week 1 - 6 50mg anaps ed
week 1 - 6 50mg prop ed
week 1 - 12 .75ml sus250 eod
week 1 - 10 500mg deca / wk
week 1 - 12 100mcg T4
4 weeks on 4 weeks off insulin
PCT clen, nolva, HCG, clomid, .25mg arimidex eod ( I had gyno removed not long ago)
This bodybuilder said no and take it like this.
Pyramid from week 1 - 15
Prop week 1 - 6, 11 - 15 100mg mon and thurs
sus250, deca every mon and thurs pyramid
anapalon week 12 - 15
Dbol week 1 - 6, 12 - 15
Winstrol week 11 - 15
insulin 4 weeks on 4 weeks off but not after w/o but before an evening meal.
I can't see why this cycle would be unreasonable, if the ancillaries are used properly and pct is carried out as directed in the sticky threads of the pct forum. As for the HCG it can be suppressive in pct and is mostly used during one's cycle. If you just had gyno removed, I would use an AI while on cycle from the start and have nolva on hand just in case symptoms arise. I would also have some cabergoline on hand if your previous gyno problems were fueled by progestrone/prolactin issues. I personally don't use insulin because its a little too tedious and dangerous for my liking, just my opinion.
sorry, as soon as I saw him recommending prop twice a week I stopped reading. your choice who's advice you want to take, wouldn't be hard for me to decide.
thats exactly what I thought, I dont feel comfortable in pyramiding, so looks like I wont be taking his advice. Prop and sus eod for starters is what needs to be done, when he told me twice a week only I thought nope he has got it wrong.
Thanks anyway guys I feel better now and I now know what cycle ill do...
yeah stick to the original plan....I've had a couple guys tell me how to cycle diffently than what I normally do....such as 2 weeks on 2 weeks off....I just stick to what works...keeping my levels as stable as posiible throughout.
