    Bulking Diet Costs

Ive been bulking for awhile and put on some decent size. I was eating so much food that when the money got tight I had to cut back on how much I was eating. I wish I could start bulking again, I just need to get my finances back up. (I was trying to eat 4500-5000 Cals)

How much do most of your "bulking diets" cost? Any suggestions for some cheap ones?

yeah while it can get costly i find you can keep costs down...u just have to have the discipline and mindeset that food is simply a means to an end. That enables you to eat the same inexpensive sources of carbs and proteins and healthy fats over and over. Also as stated above buying in bulk helps.

at the grocery store near my apartment they have boneless chicken breast for $2.50/lb, and cheap round cut steaks for $3/lb. hard to beat those prices. oats are SO cheap, potatoes are fairly cheap, even some fish isn't that expensive

I drink roughly 4.5 32oz egg white cartons, cottage cheese, natty PB, oats, grits everyday.

Right now I'm eating around 5,000cals/ed

I have a ton of tuna in my room I just dread opening 10 cans/ed

I spend close to $40-45/ed which comes out close to $280/ew

Took a little time and figured out my diet (bulking). My pricing is based on my serving size that I USE and not what the nutrition label says.

    This breaks down to about:
    4,200 Calories
    120 Fat
    415 Carbs
    320 Protein

    Meal 1)
    .80 eggs
    .25 banana
    .15 Oats
    .60 Prot
    = $1.80

    Meal 2)
    .38 rice
    1.00 ground beef
    = $1.38

    Meal 3)
    1.80 Chicken
    .85 broccoli
    = $2.65

    Meal 4) PWO
    1.20 prot
    .90 waxy M
    = $2.10

    Meal 5)
    1.80 chicken
    .38 Rice
    = $2.18

    Meal 6)
    .50 pasta
    1.00 ground beef
    .50 sauce
    = $2.00

    Meal 7)
    1.25 Cottage C

    TOTAL $ 13.36
