    That'd be awesome. I partially tore my achilles tendon off my heel about a month ago... Gettin back into it very slowly, but I already notice my lower body aint what it was... I get sore a lot easier and quicker now.

    ewww not fun.....mine was hurting last year in march/april when i was doin lots of cardio....had to put arnica cream on it everyday before i went for a while, then after i'd get done i couldn't walk lol

    Well, actually my calories are set for just barely above maintenance but I'm experimenting with cardio and harder training to see if I can get myself an extremely lean and slow bulk
