This is my daily intake as of currently 175grams of carbs 220grams of protein and 70grams of fat, approximately 2200kcal
31% carbs 40% protein and 29%Fat. Now i bet you just laughed on the inside, So what change?
BTW the reason the marco %'s are split this way is from my understanding fat should remain static and protein should be higher to keep positive nitrogen balance, Which leaves only carbs to manipulate.
Granted im asking you so i dont know this for sure.
Im guessing you may want me to lower my fat and bump my carbs.
