Nolva, Clomid, Letro, Armidex, Caber, etc. the whole line of SERMS and AI's are legal WITH A PRESCRIPTION. For example, Nolva is used to treat breast cancer in women and Clomid is used for Ovulation. But bodybuilders and steroid users aren't going to get it prescribed so they go through online pharmacy companies that don't require prescriptions or they go through "research chemical" companies which are companies that sell the liquid form of the drug under the assumption your using it for "research purposes" and not actually ingesting it yourself. It falls under a grey area of the law and is considered illegal to possess without a prescription or if not for research purposes.

As for is there anything you can get OTC (I am assuming you live in the US) that will work the same way, the answer is a big fat NO
