I skipped a few days last week but was in the gym last night. Cardio has been very limited. For one I'm on tren. Secondly I started smoking cigs on the regular for a couple weeks and didn't feel like doing cardio. I cut that back out. I still got a long way to go on this cycle. I'm hoping for something special.
I think it's 10 pounds of water though that's making me feel fat. I always lean out coming off tren so I'm not gonna stress too much.
