I here that. I picked up a second job and money has been much easier for me as of late so I thought why not. Put the missing key in. Anyway good luck on your prep just remember don't be afraid to cut calories and see that weight drop, at our level its usually the best conditioned athlete that is also the most complete wins. You'll do fine

yes sir....i will be shredded....by any means possible.....as for jobs.....**** i just figured out like ALL of my classes this semester have projects and homework that's turned in and shit.....so i'm ****ed in that dept.

Yep its a balance. Been there but you got time, your young and have plenty of time to grow and get where you wanna be.

caber is good medicine. i've improved even more take 0.5 mg a-dex daily with some Nolva. My estro was 165 (max for a male is 45). That in itself is making a big diff. Putting in six good meals a day, 250 to 300 grams protein. Hope to gain a couple pounds.

you know....i've always wondered that too.....i always just count whatever i use to count toward my intake....i don't do chicken like that but i saute my veggies for my eggs in the morning with some olive oil

also nice thing is that it's all at once, for a few seconds at most and yer done with it.
