Seriously, I don't know what I was thinking when I typed 21 in. I am 25 and my bday is Dec. 20 1983. I swear. I am really not that worried about it tho.
I have worked out on and off since I was a freshmen in high school (1999). I didn't get real serious with it until about a little over a year ago. I have seen great improvement in the last year. I just wanted some info. on PCT or should I still wait to take it after I have been working out a little longer?
