    Good man, been buckling down on diet and spending more time in the gym, dropped some bodyfat % and a couple lbs, stronger than I've ever been in my life, feeling good in that department man.

    Yeah I hear that, I always have a couple sketchy days in between cash so I try to follow it to the T for the rest of the time. I'm down to 212 now, feeling good, gonna keep going down till I can start seeing more of the muscle, I have some definition for the first time in my life, it's a trip ha.

    Eating properly is a complete bitch when poor, I'm glad my body is reacting to minimal supplements (creatine, whey, and caffiene pre-WO)

    Hopefully the cash will start flowing for both of us soon ha
